Today LLC “Odessa aircraft plant” presents “Anatra-2”, a plane which is an experimental replica of the legendary airplane “Anatra-Anasal'” of World War 1, which was producted by our enterprise in 1914-1917. It was remade after 90 years by buro of research and production of light motor airplanes. That experience was made first time in Ukraine’s aviation history. The plane took part in flight program on International airspace salon “Aviasvit-XXI”, which occured in Kyiv in 8-12 of June 2006.

Usage of modern technologies during production of replica of “Anatra-Anasal'” allowed to achieve maximum of similarity to original and to provide security of flights by placing modern technical devices in cabin.
The plane is designed for flights in daytime with clear meteorological conditions, excluding freezing, with rules of visual flights, avoiding clouds and storms.
The plane is allowed to commit demo flights, flights by MVL 2 category and other.
Resurrection of this legend means returning of history of aviation to Odesa. This replica is a true decoration for any city or national holiday. At last one can fulfill their dream – to get high in the sky and to soar on the wings of the age-old legend.
